No excitement

Thank you everyone for the welcome and comments! I haven't had a lot to write about lately...my life is void of DRAMA at the moment. Nice change! The most entertainment I have right now is trying to keep up with who is who and all the DRAMA going on in the blog world. Figured I better post a comment or people would think I wasn't keeping up with this thing.
My 12y/o daughter (Rachel) is back in school and enjoying it and doing well. She is growing up to fast!!! I went to meet the teacher night an Monday and was sitting there in a desk, they seemed much smaller than I remembered (they must be making them smaller these days...HE!HE!). We had to go to each period and only had 5 minutes till the bell to get to the next class then sit there in the desk and listen to the teacher talking about what they will be doing and what will be expected of the students this year...it brought back memories and I felt like the student again. Man I must be getting old, because they were actually fond memories and I kinda wished it was true!!! Hopefully Rachel will keep enjoying school as much as she does now.
My 4y/o son (Dustin) is starting to get bored with his big sister gone all day again. He had no one to pester all day....His life consist of entertaining himself until Rachel gets home in the afternoon. Then he wants to be right with her and she gets frustrated having him right there all the time. I told her she should feel special because he missed her so much. The life of kids is so tough!!!!

Well, like I said before, I don't have anything exciting going on in my life these days,so much to look forward to!!!! Just a comment to end with....

NEVER EXPECT MORE (or less) FROM OTHERS THAN YOU ARE WILLING TO GIVE OF YOURSELF.
EXPECT TO BE DISAPPOINTED

I remember how annoying my little sister was when I was groing up. She always got into my makeup, used all of my soap when she took a bath and let the 90 lb. rot (big dog named Bruno) eat all of my collector barbies! Now that we are both older, we appreciate eachother a lot more. But, since she is now going through the early teen years we still get into arguements and i wrestle her to the ground to teach her a lesson! lol Big sister will always be the one to win...I know all of the tricks!!

And don't worry. You don't have to have drama to post. You can post about anything and everything. Hell, haven't you seen Cat's blog? LMAO

and you know, oddly enough, the blogs I think are the most boring are the ones that get the most comments! Its interesting to keep up with people and get to know them. :-)

Okay, let me clarify, the posts that I post, that I think are going to be the most boring and nobody is going to want to read.

OK Cat, I was thinking you were talking about my boring blog...LOL
I agree, you kinda get to know about people and what's going on in their life on here....makes my life more interesting!!!!
Yeah, I was also the youngest, and know it is just really getting started. I tell Rachel to just wait until she is 16 or so and dating...Dustin will be about 8 and will probably want to tag along then also...LOL

or worse he'll want to beat them up.

No he'll want to tag along. My little brothers used to hide under my bed when guys came over - then jump out when we were in my room. I always acted like I knew they were there, but they surprised the crap out of me every time. They still think I knew - I'll never tell them the truth.
